REACTING MARKETS

Markets just about started at the levels we gave of 2865(watch area), reacted and went slowly all the way to 2750 zone , even good IIP data did not help..and it closed almost at the low of the day..Markets are overstreched now on the lower side, waiting for the results season to start..A bounce can be expected on global cues from these area..trade carefully on the short side..cheers..

WEEKLY TECHNICALS.

Markets are soft and have to find their path in the coming days ..as its a tad oversold and 2800 somehow is being held, a rise up cannot be ruled out from here or lower levels(watch 2865 ,NS closely)..weekly range seems to be 2750-2940-3070..watch this range for trade ..cheers..

HOW TO TRADE AHEAD

Many friends visiting here have been asking me for my views on the path ahead..(also for CHRIS & all FRIENDS from MJ)..The above chart is self explanatory, I have posted the fibbo speedlines/channels etc ...Area to watch will be 2800 zone ,break and close below it. takes us to 2500 around...Below 2500 is free fall.. above 3240,we can go all the way to 3500.....enjoy the weekend..cheers..

Markets on WEDNESDAY covered huge distance from the top keeping THURSDAY holiday in mind,supports are near and today trade should be flat to negative start with lower volumes & maybe narrow range due to weekend factor..2860-2813 deeper down and 2950-2990 above should become the range of trade now ..happy trading..cheers..

HUGE BUST

This was a real rocker of the day for our technicals , despite bullish calls by many, we called 3140-3060-2930 NS in correction..MY CALL SERVICE SHORT CALLS IN NF 3135-40 AND BUY OF PUTS 3100..ROCKED YESTERDAY & TODAY..& SELLING OF STOCKS..this is what i had been warning of ,SUDDEN SWIFT FALL..any time.. as we were OVERBOUGHT....

VOLATALITY GALORE

Yesterday was a classic volatality at tops..huge fall and strong hands holding, expect a rise to 3162-90 over 3140 tops made..( market is at crossroads at 3200 levels can run 150 points either way...)the next few days will clear this..Still will advise caution on all longs..small traders better stay away instead of getting whipsawed daily.. any correction from these levels could take us down to 2930 area below 3060 levels..trade accordingly ..cheers.

ROLLER COASTER.

Markets made a positive move in morning and kept trying to move up , stalling and just tumbling to supports of 3050 zone ...(good we booked profits)before making a U turn and reversing , covering all the losses of the day..markets are still overbought and near reaction areas, results facing us in coming days ..lets sleep over this and look deeper in to the technicals for some semblence of these moves , again a very foxing day.. .enjoy the day..Cheers.

WHATS NEXT

Markets have been doing a daily last hour surge ,triggering the SLs and ending higher..WHATS HAPPENING...The band was 2800-3200 and after touching the low , we are slowly creeping towards the top end of this range..Wild bullish figures are now been thrown by experts ...As we r reaching the upper end of this band ( all indicators are mostly in overbought zone..), i will be vary at these levels and again request all to keep booking their stocks in profits..3150 is area to watch above which 3175-3200 is a resistance zone..happy trading..cheers

SURPRISE RALLY

The last hour trade just took most traders by surprise( including myself) after moving in a very tight band the whole day...as they moved on a few select shares ralling namely RIL, ONGC etc to cross the old high of 3110 , where stop losses got hit.. will watch 3150-60 very closely tomorrow for any reaction to come failing which we will be heading to wards 3200 zone then.Supports now are at 3050 and 2990 ..take care ..cheers..

WEEK AHEAD

Its positive mood all over right nowdue to global cue & local stimulus..well we are also reaching the top of the bend and results just facing us in the next few days ..2990 this week will be the S/R , so watch that for longs, resistance lies in 3100-3150 zone..trade accordingly and investors should wait for dips toreinvest rather than chase the market..take care CHEERS..
